broken elevators long queue
the location near the train station was okay, i guess.
The elevator situation was ridiculous. Only one worked in the entire building. i had to wait ages to get up and down, even with my small bag.

great location clean room jordan mrt station
the location is great. it's right next to the jordan mrt station, it was very convenient. the room was clean and i appreciated that.
The elevator was a bit slow. I sometimes experienced a long queue.
